Itinerary
Day 1 : Colombo Airport– Sigiriya
Arrive at the Bandaranayake International Airport. Meet guests at the airport and transfer to Sigiriya. Enroute, visit Pinnwala Elephant Orphanage. Arrive at Sigiriya, check in to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 2 : Sigiriya Lion’s Rock & Anuradhapura Excursion
After an early breakfast at the hotel, transfer to visit the 2500-year-old Lion's Rock fortress, which is built on a rock mountain. Thereafter, an excursion to visit the ruins of Anuradhapura, the former capital of Sri Lanka. After the visit, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Minneriya National Park& Pollunaruwa
After breakfast, visit Pollunaruwa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you can find the viharas and stupas of Sri Lanka’s ancient architecture. In the afternoon, proceed to Minneria National Park for a wildlife safari and return to the hotel.
Day 4 : Sigriya – Kandy
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Kandy. Stop in Dambulla to visit the Dambulla cave temple and the Matale spice garden Arrive at Kandy check-in and later Enjoy a city tour of Kandy, including Upper Lake Drive, Market Square and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Gem shop and then proceed to cultural show and overnight stay.
Day 5 : Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Nuwara Eliya and visit Ramboda, Hanuman Temple. Upon arrival at Nuwara Eliya, Enjoy a city tour of Nuwara Eliya, including a tea factory visit, Victoriya Park and a Gregory lake boat ride. Overnight in Kandy
Day 6 : Nuwara Eliya – Colombo
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Colombo to board your return flight.
