Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Dehradun Airport and Transfer to Haridwar
Begin your spiritual journey with your arrival at Dehradun Airport, followed by a transfer to your hotel in Haridwar. In the afternoon, visit the sacred temples of Chandi Devi and Maya Devi. Conclude the day by witnessing the mesmerising Ganga Aarti at Haridwar, a spiritual spectacle that will leave you in awe.
Day 2 : Explore Mansa Devi and Rishikesh
Start the day with a visit to the Mansa Devi Temple, perched on a hill offering stunning views of Haridwar. Later, embark on a day trip to Rishikesh, known for its serene ashrams and the iconic Laxman Jhula. Return to Haridwar for an overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s spiritual experiences.
Day 3 : Haridwar to Barkot
Depart from Haridwar and drive to Barkot, a picturesque town nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. The journey will take you through scenic landscapes, offering glimpses of the majestic mountains. Spend the night in Barkot, preparing for the next day's pilgrimage.
Day 4 : Yamunotri Dham Darshan
Embark on a holy trek to Yamunotri Dham, the source of the Yamuna River and one of the four Char Dham pilgrimage sites. After performing rituals and darshan, return to Barkot for an overnight stay, feeling spiritually enriched.
Day 5 : Barkot to Uttarkashi and Harshil
Travel to Uttarkashi, visiting the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple en route. Continue your journey to Harshil, a quaint village known for its apple orchards and natural beauty. Spend the night in Harshil, surrounded by serene landscapes.
Day 6 : Gangotri Dham Darshan
Visit Gangotri Dham, the origin of the Ganges River and another significant Char Dham site. Participate in the rituals and soak in the spiritual ambience. Later, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay, cherishing the divine experiences.
Day 7 : Transfer to Guptakashi
Leave Uttarkashi and head towards Guptakashi, a town steeped in mythology and known for its ancient temples. The journey will be filled with scenic vistas, making it a delightful experience. Spend the night in Guptakashi, gearing up for the next day's pilgrimage.
Day 8 : Kedarnath Darshan
Start early for Kedarnath, one of the holiest Hindu shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. After a soul-stirring darshan at Kedarnath Temple, return to Guptakashi for an overnight stay, reflecting on the profound spiritual connection felt at the shrine.
Day 9 : Explore Triyuginarayan and Guptakashi Temples
Visit the ancient temples of Triyuginarayan, Kashi Vishwanath, and Omkareshwar in Guptakashi. Each temple holds significant mythological importance and offers a serene environment for worship. Spend another night in Guptakashi, absorbing the spiritual vibes.
Day 10 : Guptakashi to Badrinath
Journey to Badrinath, stopping en route at the Narsingh Temple. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Badri Vishal Temple for darshan. The spiritual energy of Badrinath will rejuvenate your soul as you spend the night in this holy town.
Day 11 : Visit Mana Village and Transfer to Rudraprayag
Explore Mana Village, the last Indian village before the Tibetan border, which is rich in cultural heritage. Later, transfer to Rudraprayag, visiting Jyotirmath and the confluences at Vishnu Prayag, Karna Prayag, Nanda Prayag, and Rudra Temple along the way. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Day 12 : Return to Dehradun
Conclude your pilgrimage with a transfer back to Dehradun Airport. En route, visit the Raghunath Ji Mandir and the confluence at Devaprayag. Reflect on the incredible journey and spiritual experiences as you head home.
